DESCRIPTION:From Dialogue to Action: Syrians in Denmark Working Together\n📅 Saturday\, 30 May 2026\n🕚 13:30 – 17:00\n📍  Støberiet\, Blågårds Plads 5\, 2200 Copenhagen N \nWe are pleased to invite you to a one-day conference bringing together Syrian community members\, civil society initiatives\, activists\, professionals\, and Danish stakeholders to reflect on the role of Syrians in Denmark today — and how we can work together in this important moment for Syria and the Syrian community abroad. \nThe conference builds on the Syrian Dialogue in Denmark initiative and presents the outcomes of the dialogue process\, new community-led projects\, and opportunities for collaboration and collective action. \nThe program includes:\n\nPanel discussions with Syrian and Danish speakers\nConversations on the future role of the Syrian diaspora\nPresentations of new initiatives and community projects\nNetworking and collaboration spaces\nOpportunities to connect with organizations working in Denmark and Syria\n\nParticipating and invited organizations include:\nDanish Refugee Council\, International Media Support\, DIGNITY – Danish Institute Against Torture\, Danish Institute in Damascus\, Médecins Sans Frontières\, and several Syrian-led initiatives and organizations from across Denmark. \nThe conference is open to Syrians across Denmark\, as well as Danish organizations\, institutions\, researchers\, and anyone interested in dialogue\, collaboration\, and civic engagement. \nParticipation is free\, but registration is required due to limited capacity. \n\n
